Make IPR understandable and accessible for everyone.
It started with a ₹1.5 lakh quote.
Back in 2014, a group of engineers decided to file a patent. When they approached an agency, they were quoted nearly ₹1,50,000 — a figure that felt staggering at the time, and still does.
But instead of giving up, they got curious. They started exploring, researching, and digging into the patent filing process themselves. That journey led them to the Patent Office in Mumbai. And what they discovered there changed everything: the very same patent could be filed for just ₹5,800 — directly, by the inventors themselves.
The difference wasn't paperwork. It wasn't complexity. It was simply awareness. Here were engineers — graduates of top institutions — who had never been taught about intellectual property rights. If they didn't know, how many others didn't either?
They became convinced that if India truly wants to be seen as an innovative, research-driven nation, IPR education cannot be optional. It has to be widespread, simple, and accessible to everyone. That belief became action: under the banner of MYCrave, they began educating people — one seminar, one workshop, one conversation at a time. By 2025, they had reached over 2,00,000 people across 21+ states.
In 2026 they launched Mission I.N.V.E.N.T. with a bold target: educate 5,00,000 innovators by 2028. The team has since grown with more engineers, educators, and passionate individuals joining to carry the same simple belief that started it all: every idea deserves protection, and every person deserves to know how.
